Randolph Middle School

 

Goal 1: All students will learn at high levels. 

  • Performance Objective 1: The percentage of students meeting the passing standard for reading in 6th grade will be 90% or higher as evidenced by the May 2021 STAAR results. 
  • Performance Objective 2: The percentage of students meeting the passing standard for reading in 7th grade will be 90% or higher as evidenced by the May 2021 STAAR results. 
  • Performance Objective 3: The percentage of students meeting the passing standard for reading in 8th grade will be 90% or higher as evidenced by the May 2021 STAAR results. 
  • Performance Objective 4: The percentage of students meeting the passing standard for math in 6th grade will be 90% or higher as evidenced by the May 2021 STAAR results. 
  • Performance Objective 5: The percentage of students meeting the passing standard for math in 7th grade will be 90% or higher as evidenced by the May 2021 STAAR results. 
  • Performance Objective 6: The percentage of students meeting the passing standard for math in 8th grade will be 90% or higher as evidenced by the May 2021 STAAR results. 

 

Goal 2: Randolph Middle School will be a community where character development is valued. 

  • Performance Objective 1: Students will be recognized each month between September and May for their adherence to the Seven Habits of Highly Successful Teens.

 

Goal 3: Randolph Middle School will be a community where respectful relationships are valued. 

  • Performance Objective 1: Data collected from the RMS student climate survey in May 2021 will indicate a positive response in at least three out of five categories: student to student interactions; student to staff interactions; student involvement; student recognition; and school connectedness. 
  • Performance Objective 2: Data collected from the RMS staff climate survey in May 2021 will indicate a positive response in at least three out of five categories: staff to staff interactions; student to staff interactions; staff involvement; staff recognition; and work satisfaction.
